On September 11, ZOOMLION signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Java Seed Indonesia. According to the agreement, both parties will jointly set up an agricultural machinery assembly plant to give full play to their advantages in resources, technologies, and industry chains and build a world-leading agricultural machinery supply platform.

Sudin, Chairperson of Commission IV of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia, Mao Weiming, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Governor of the People's Government of Hunan Province, Nurul Ichwan, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Investment of Indonesia, Zhan Chunxin, Chairman and CEO of ZOOMLION, and Qu Hai, Secretary-General of the People's Government of Hunan Province, witnessed the signing on site; Wang Yongxiang, Vice President of ZOOMLION, and Romy Permana, President of Java Seed Indonesia, signed the contract on behalf of both parties.

Indonesia possesses fertile soil and is suitable for agricultural development, with the agricultural population accounting for approximately 70% of the country's total population. The plant to be constructed in this cooperative effort will primarily focus on producing the ZOOMLION RK series tractors and FH series rice harvesters, aiming to achieve localized manufacturing and sales services for ZOOMLION's agricultural machinery products in Indonesia. This collaboration will fully leverage the strengths of both parties in terms of resources, technologies, and industry chains. It will not only bring advanced manufacturing to Indonesia but also establish a benchmark and exemplar in the agricultural machinery industry.

In his address, Mao Weiming expressed the hope of combining the needs of Indonesian agriculture with the strengths of ZOOMLION's agricultural machinery. He emphasized the commitment to accelerate project construction, deepen technological research and development, expand areas of cooperation, establish a regional industrial hub, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
